Have you ever found yourself stressed out, angry for no particular and every reason, frustrated about life, lacking motivation or feeling like you lost your passion for the thing you love doing the most??? What happened? Why did it happen? When did it happen?
Without being present and being kind to ourselves regularly, it is hard to keep track of how much stress our bodies and minds can stand. We can easily get lost in the million things happening around us and just get lost from our personal journey.
This happened to me not that long ago, I lost my path, the focus I had in my mission, I had become someone I don’t like, just because I did not give the love and time I need, just because I “did not have time” to refresh my mind and body, because I did not go to my inner place.
The lesson I learned is that no matter how busy we are, or how full our plate is, we all need to unwind and give ourselves a time in our private space, we all need a break from this hi- speed life and take a step away from it to let our body recharge and our minds rest, we need to give ourselves the time top lay, we need to get back to our private safe place regularly to be our true selves and perform our best.
